Flexatec 1000 — multi-purpose seal expansion joint
Waterproof elastomeric seal expansion joint that sits flush with the finished surface — no aluminium load frame — rated to ASTM E-1399 for high-frequency pedestrian and trolley traffic.

Installation
A one-piece elastomeric seal set into the gap — there's no aluminium load-plate assembly to detail, unlike the MegAtec metal range. Section height varies by gap width (25–89 mm) and the seal is selected by colour for UV exposure: Black is UV-protected for outdoor use, Concrete Grey and White are UV-sensitive and best suited indoors. Request CAD detail for the exact substrate fixing on your project.
